Danyachi Amti How to prepare?

Danyachi Amti Ingredients
½ cup ground nuts, roasted and skinned
2 green chilli
Freshly chopped coriander
1 cup butter milk (chaach), (½ cup curd + ½ water)
½ tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 tsp ghee
Salt to taste
¼ tsp sugar

Danyachi Amti Method

Grind groundnuts, green chilli, coriander with little to water to make fine paste of it.
Heat Ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds. Once they start to splutter, add the grinded paste and fry for a min.
Now add butter milk (chaach) and stir continuously.
Boil on medium flame for about 8-10 minutes. Add salt and sugar, Mix well.
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
Serve hot with Bhagar.

Note:
Rock salt or sendha namak can be used instead of regular salt.
Butter milk quantity may vary depending on its sourness.
Instead for Butter milk you can use 2-3 pieces of kokum.
