Sama ke Chawal How to prepare?
Sama ke Chawal Ingredients
1 cup bhagar or Vrat ke Chawal or sama ke chawal
2 ½ cup water
2 tsp ghee
Salt to taste
Vrat ke Chawal Method
Heat ghee in a pan, add bhagar(vrat ke chawal) and stir for 2-3 minutes before adding water.
Add water and salt, bring it to boil.
First cook on high flame for about 5 minutes.
Then low the flame and cook for 5-7 minutes until cooked well.
Serve hot with Danyachi Amti
Rock salt or sendha namak can be used instead of regular salt.
You can add cumin seeds(jeera) and green chillies while tempering.
